En exactamente el mismo, se destaca el ligero ensanche recibido en su línea de cintura, a la altura de sus guardabarros delanteros y traseros. También en lo que hace al diseño de las áreas vidriadas de la versión tres puertas, las reformas fueron muy radicales. El vidrio trasero, pasaba a tener una sección curva en la parte de arriba mucho más pronunciada que en el Corsa original, al tiempo que el marco de las puertas, dejaban de lado el diseño rectilíneo, pasando a tomar un diseño curvo como los marcos de las puertas del Tigra. El modelo de 5 puertas, copiaba el contorno del de tres puertas, no dando sitio a ventiletes traseros, como en el Corsa.
