Recognized as "Hampton Roads’ premiere children’s refrain," VCC is a choir school dedicated to coaching the voice, as well as providing extraordinary live performance alternatives. Founded in 1992 by Carol Thomas Downing, The Virginia Children's Chorus presents an exciting and artistically comprehensive program designed to develop both musical sensitivity and choral skills.
